Hi, I’m Tiffany!
I’m a former educator, turned college career advisor and dog-mom of two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. I am an avid traveler, having stayed in short-term rentals all over the world, from Melbourne to Mexico City to Berlin, so I know what it takes to create a great stay!
My family and I split our time between the Pacific Northwest and Fort Walton Beach, FL, and I am more than happy to share recommendations for great food and places to visit! I look forward to making your visit as memorable as possible!
About the house

➔ Second, raised dock on property is newly repaired (fall of 2022) and ready for sunbathing or hanging out in the sunshine!

**The 5 twin beds consist of 2 bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed**
Starter amounts of the amenities listed below will be provided to guests. Publix is less than a mile away, and Kohl’s, Walmart and Pet Supermarket are within 3 miles of the home should you need to purchase additional supplies.
➔ Toilet paper: 2 extra rolls per bathroom
➔ Laundry detergent: soap for 2 medium-large loads
➔ Dishwasher detergent: 4 cubes
➔ Dog waste bags: 2 bags (if applicable)
Guests are provided an unlimited supply of the following items during their stay:
➔ Shampoo/conditioner & body wash
➔ Hand soap
➔ Dishwashing soap
➔ Trash bags
➔ Basic cooking staples: salt, cooking oil, etc.

BUNK ROOM WEIGHT LIMITS
➔ Top bunks/Trundle: 175 lbs
➔ Bottom bunks: 200 lbs
SECURITY
➔ One security camera is located on the property, on the exterior of the home, to the side of the front door. It will be recording video and audio during your stay any time there is a movement event detected in the vicinity.
➔ A noise-monitoring device is installed on the property, inside the home. This device does not record sound but rather will alert us to excessive noise that may indicate that there is an unauthorized party or event taking place at the property.
